The OB1 Performance Finisher Package is designed for triathletes of all levels who want to make the most of their training time and improve performance across all three disciplines. Each athlete receives a personalized weekly training plan, tailored to their individual goals and ability level.

Whether you're preparing for your first Olympic-distance triathlon or looking to take on a full Ironman, this package provides the tools, structure, you need to succeed.

 

Here's what's included:

  • Initial Consultation 

  • Review previous training history & experience in all 3 sports 

  • Fitness testing and zone set up 

  • Training Peaks (basic account) 

  • Training set and Adjusted on a bi-weekly basis. 

  • Bi-Weekly Review of training through Training Peaks.

  • Option to upgrade to Performance Package leading up to race day.​​​​

Performance Package

The OB1 Performance Package is designed for triathletes ready to take their performance to the next level. In this comprehensive program, no stone is left unturned—from advanced training methods to in-depth guidance on equipment and nutrition, every detail is covered. Your training will be strategically structured to ensure you peak on race day. Whether you're chasing a podium finish or striving for a personal best, this package is built to help you achieve your goals.

 

Here's what's included in addition to the ones listed above:​

 

  • Training Set and adjusted weekly with emergency changes made with 24-48hours

  • Unlimited communication via WhatsApp (within reason)

  • Equipment and Nutrition advice ​

  • Full Race day Nutrition plan

  • Optional in-person 1-2-1 training sessions (if based locally)

Optimized Training Plans for Athletes

Starting from £ 60  -one-off payment-​

 

  • Our training plans are perfect for athletes seeking structured guidance without the need for one-one-coaching.

  • By completing the questionnaire below. you'll receive the most effective non-coached, customised training plan available - tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

  • Your plan will be designed around your chosen triathlon distance and/or upcoming race. You'll also determine how many hours (on average) you'd like to train per day or week, and how long your plan will last (minimum of one month). 

  • The more accurate and honest your responses are, the more specific and effective your plan will be- so avoid over/underestimate your current ability. 

  • We'll take your sporting and training history into account to ensure your plan is appropriate, progressive, and race-specific. Each training session will be tailored to your current fitness level and performance goals.

  • To access your plan, you'll need a free (or Premium) TrainingPeaks.​​​
